Bill Bartram - Founder Director

Bill has a 1st class degree in investment and financial risk management from Cass Business School, London. Prior to setting up IRMS, Bill was a Director of J.C. Rathbone Associates and headed up the team that was responsible for providing interest rate and foreign exchange hedging advice to the company's real estate clients. Bill is a member of the Investment Property Forum and a member of their regulations and legislations workgroup. Bill is also a member of the British Property Federation and a guest lecturer at the University of Cambridge Institute for Continuing Education.

Andrew Fenlon - Founder Director

Andrew has a Ph.D in Bio-Fluid Mechanical Engineering from Leeds University. Prior to setting up IRMS Andrew was the head of Property Derivatives trading and strategy at Santander in London. Andrew has years of consulting expertise and is an expert at buildings models and systems for risk management and monitoring. Andrew is also a member of the Investment Property Forum and a committee member of the Property Deriviatives Interest Group
